We are seeking a self-motivated individual to help lead the activities of HAZ in the United Kingdom. HAZ is a registered Charity Organization in the United Kingdom, and we already have volunteers based in the United Kingdom. The role of an Operations Director requires an outgoing candidate who can spare enough time, even as a volunteer, to make things happen on the ground. The HAZ Global Chapters are designed to generate support for our operations in Zimbabwe. The successful candidate will therefor be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will ensure operational success of the HAZ United Kingdom Chapter, as a supportive organ of our projects in Zimbabwe.
Applicants must have prior experience working within the non-profit sector, must have leadership qualities, and must be self-motivated.
We are seeking a self-motivated visionary to help us expand our operations into Canada. The initial task of the qualifying individual will be to officially establish a HAZ Chapter in Canada, by getting the organization registered accordingly with the appropriate Canadian authorities. The qualifying candidate will eventually take over oversight of operations within Canada, including assisting the Executive Director with recruitment of volunteers in Canada, and overseeing fundraising efforts on behalf of the organization in Canada.
